Disable the Cloud sign-in option

Office 2019 +
  1. Open regedit
  2. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common
  3. Create new Key "SignIn"
  4. Create new DWORD with name "SignInOptions" with value 3
